Telema
EDI with trading partners. Orders, delivery notes and invoices move through Telema 4doc without manual entry.
VIA3L
Data exchange with your logistics partner: delivery notes and warehouse movements reach the system automatically.
E-invoices
Sending and receiving e-invoices with an approval workflow. Docura and other operators are supported.
E-documents
Secure e-document exchange with partners, including order confirmations and shipping documents.
Swedbank gateway
Payment files and account statements move between the bank and Business Central automatically.
Estonian localization
VAT and Intrastat reporting, business registry lookups and bank formats come with the localization.
Example: Liviko
Document exchange with customers and suppliers runs through Telema: orders, delivery notes and invoices move via the Telema 4doc interface. As a handler of excise goods, Liviko operates as an excise warehouse keeper and also uses a logistics partner’s services, which means warehouse movements have to reconcile between two systems.
Packaging reporting, deposit packaging accounting and sales reporting for deposit-bearing products have also been implemented.
